Over the last 18 months, I’ve spent a great deal of time reflecting on how corrupted and corroded our lives have become because of the lies that Capitalism and Patriarchy tell us.
No matter your political stance, you have to agree that the direction these manmade/man thought systems have driven us into are less than ideal.
Like most things in my coaching, it all boils down to time, people, and money. Here are 3 lies I believe these systems tell us and the truth that I have discovered by choosing myself over trying to survive in these systems.
- We must always be busy in order to be valuable. (Time)
Truth: You can rest. You just have to choose it, when everything else is screaming not to. - We exist to make others happy. (People)
Truth: We must make ourselves happy first if we want to be of any good service to others. - Wealth is reserved for the lucky. (Money)
Truth: Wealth is available to us all. We just need to align with focus on our truest desires and mission to access it; rather than subscribe to someone else’s vision.
We must love ourselves enough to choose rest, choose our own happiness first, and align with our honest desires. We must choose ourselves first in order to discover freedom.
A lot are living in confusion because they are aligning to someone else’s vision. I was too. We have to choose ourselves first. Then align with own God given vision.
It took me finally choosing to reset in an entirely different country for me to get clear on this. Maybe you don’t have the means to do so, but you know it’s time to break free.

The condition our world is in has given us the chance to pause and reflect on what these systems have created and decide whether we want to continue to subscribe to them. Are you choosing yourself? Or are you choosing to continue to conform to the madness?
